This policy applies when you cancel any reservation or booking with us.

All our tours except Luxury Tours, Ferrari World & Dinner Cruise packages, leave room for cancellation and change in reservation 1 day prior to the date of tour without attracting additional charges. We do not have any cancellation policy for the other tours. However, in case of any other cancellation, please inform us at least 24 hours before your scheduled trip.

If your Luxury Tours, Ferrari World & Dinner Cruise is cancelled 3 days before, you will receive full refund minute bank processing fees. If the cancellation happens 2 days before, 50% of package fee will be refunded minus bank processing fees. If the cancellation happens 24 hours before, no refund will be made.

Credit card and Debit card refunding transfers take 20 working days; this will vary depending on the credit card service provider. Remember that failure to show up means that nothing will be refunded.
